What the role is
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Sports Modules / IPPT support:
Provide logistic support for Sports Modules (H&W) and IPPT
Supervise IPPT trainers
Mentor Students & Inculcate Values:
Mentor student leaders in their management committee roles and work
Guide students in holistic development and student life matters
Instill NP’s core values through teachable moments during interactions with students
Manage CCA Clubs & Student Leaders:
Advise students on club management, including training, briefings, and operational matters
Plan and oversee the development and training of student leaders
Handle administrative processes, such as proposal preparation, vetting, procurement (small value purchases), and maintaining CCA records
Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., coaches, parents, associations) on CCA-related matters
Manage CCAs’ coach(es), including training plans, contract management, and adherence to the code of conduct
Event management:
Provide logistics support for events
Monitor and supervise event-related setup
Liaise with students and vendors
Other Duties:
Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with youths
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and project management experience
Commitment to ensure good quality for all processes and programmes
Keenness to implement changes and adopt new solutions
Flexibility to work after office hours or weekends when the work requires for it
A positive track record of involvement in CCAs at the tertiary level would be an advantage
