Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the data collation and review of employee data records for accuracy and timeliness of information.
2. Perform data cleaning and updating of employee information for our HRIS system (Workday), ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
3. Support the employee contract administration process, including preparation and distribution of documents to staff
4. Assist in the preparation of internal communications related to policy updates and changes.
5. Any other ad-hoc matters required

What we are looking for
Required qualifications and skills:
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of related HR experience are preferred, and prior experience working with Workday would be advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and takes initiative to make things happen
