You will get to: * Handle end-to-end recruitment process and work with various stakeholders on recruitment matters * Review, implement and expand recruitment drives to attract high-quality talents * Participate in employer branding initiatives and outreach activities, to position JTC as employer of choice * Evaluate manpower planning structures to ensure that it aligns with JTC’s organisational needs * Promote employment engagement to boost employees’ morale * Review and assess HR processes and systems and initiate relevant changes and process improvements

* Background in Human Resources or other relevant disciplines * Possess minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in HR, recruitment or employer branding You should also be: * an Effective Communicator –> You communicate clearly and concisely through written and spoken language, and are comfortable interacting with all stakeholders to get them to understand your perspective * Analytical –> You have the ability to visualize and articulate complex problems and see a situation from different points of view * a Negotiator -> You have a good sense of judgment and have the ability to influence and convince others to achieve the desired outcome
