You are responsible for the management and supervision of all building infrastructure projects, maintenance requirements and administration under your purview.

- Manage and supervise building infrastructure projects and maintenance requirements - Correspond with appropriate agencies to seek approval for building and infrastructure maintenance - Ensure proper, effective, and efficient operation and execution of maintenance functions - Manage, budget, and monitor maintenance funds - Allocate resources efficiently for various projects Challenge(s) - Efficiently allocating resources and budgeting for projects

- Education in building/facilities management - Prior work experience in building maintenance and work services is advantageous - Good analytical and data processing skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Act Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
