What the role is

You are in charge of all manpower management and administrative functions within the Group.

What you will be working on

- Serve as principal staff to the Group Commander on manpower and administration matters - Oversee career and performance management for all regular servicemen - Manage NSmen and NSF administration - Handle corporate service administration - Address regimentation and disciplinary matters - Lead HR-related projects to improve relevant systems and processes Challenge(s) - Developing in-depth understanding of all manpower policies, procedures, and processes across different schemes - Prioritising resources to meet various demands without compromising manpower support - Multi-tasking and managing HR-related improvement projects

What we are looking for

- Education in Human Resource (HR) or Business Administration - At least six years of relevant working experience in HR - Strong leadership, communication, planning, and management skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
