What the role is
As a member of the secretariat team, you will be involved in reviewing and managing the policies and operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards in regulating healthcare professionals. Specifically, these include the areas of registration of TCM Practitioners, staffing of Boards and professional committee meetings, as well as administrative support to the Boards, including preparation and facilitating the conduct of examinations for TCMPB.
What you will be working on

What we are looking for
• Relevant working experience of at least 3 years in administration operations will be an advantage
• Possess good writing and communication skills
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (in emails and writing of minutes of meeting)
• Possess good critical thinking, customer-relationship and information analysis skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Words)
• Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Self-motivated and positive working attitude
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects
• Knowledge or experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practice would be an advantage
