What the role is
What you will be working on
Co-led by Sport Singapore, Singapore Sports School (SSP) and National Youth Sports Institute (NYSI), you will be part of a journey to support the vision for the next bound to build new capabilities for high performance sport and better integrate our programmes/policies to strengthen support for youth to senior athletes, and youth-to-senior transition.
In this role, you will be involved in improving National Sports Associations’ (NSAs) overall governance standards and efficacy in resolving sport related disputes.
• Implement the NSA Governance Framework and collaborate with NSAs to ensure framework alignment.
• Implement the Alternate Dispute Resolution for Sport (ADRS) Framework and guide NSAs on dispute prevention and management.
• Organise learning activities such as talks, clinics and workshops on governance and dispute resolution.
• Facilitate NSA Community of Practice (COP) sharing sessions on relevant topics.
• Maintain an updated NSA Governance and Case Management System (GCMS) with relevant information and data on NSA governance issues and disputes
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Background in sports management or related field.
• Experience in business or non-profit management, relationship management, or organisational development. Management experience in NSAs or in sport industry would be an advantage.
• Good conceptual, analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract in the first instance.
