You oversee the strategic dissemination of information and messaging in support of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)'s missions, long-term objectives and operations, leading a branch to develop and deliver timely, effective information to key stakeholders.

- Lead development and implementation of comprehensive information delivery plans - Develop and execute crisis communication plans - Oversee creation and curation of informational materials - Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure messaging alignment - Develop methodologies to monitor and measure media activities' effectiveness - Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to improve public communication efforts - Lead a diverse team of planners, analysts and support staff Challenge(s) - Embracing steep learning curve while providing accurate, relevant and timely products - Working under time pressure in a fast-paced information environment - Being flexible and adaptive to rapid changes and new developments - Managing diverse stakeholders across several agencies - Leading and coordinating teams effectively

- Education in Mass Communications or Social Sciences (e.g., Political Science, International Relations, Psychology, Economics) - At least 10 years of working experience with prior managerial experience in related industries/fields - Strong analytical skills and writing abilities - Good awareness of Singapore's political, defence and security developments - Knowledge of current affairs - Acute awareness of regional and international media environment - Understanding of how media can be leveraged to advance MINDEF/SAF interests Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
