You implement the refresh of administrative facilities in MINDEF/SAF camps and bases.

- Implement various aspects of planned development - Gather and scope user/ops requirements - Develop evaluation criteria, select and contract vendors/services - Liaise and coordinate with tenant units/departments, DSTA, and regulatory bodies - Obtain planning permissions for project implementation - Manage vendors for requirement scope, schedule, budget, and compliance - Ensure smooth and timely implementation to achieve project objectives Challenge(s) - Working on complex workplace and infrastructure refresh projects - Coordinating with multiple stakeholders and regulatory bodies

- At least 3 year of experience, preferably in project management and large-scale workplace/infrastructure refresh is preferred - Experience in construction (including Security-By-Design and Green Mark elements) and/or mega-scale renovation projects is advantageous - Ability to work effectively in high-performing teams - Strong adaptability and resilience - Skills in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships - Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities - Clear and confident communication skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
