You are part of a team managing citizen service Information Technology (IT) systems to deliver positive user experience and support efficient business and IT operations.

- Conduct IT systems' operations and support (O&S) activities - Work with DSTA Project Management counterparts - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contractual requirements - Drive continuous improvement through innovation and stakeholder partnership - Implement change management and communication plans - Conduct risk management and business continuity planning - Analyse operations/performance data for management reporting - Manage content updates and feedback - Support Whole-of-Government (WOG) digital service delivery initiatives Challenge(s) - Ensuring compliance with WOG and MINDEF/SAF policies - Coordinating with multiple stakeholders

- Education in IT/Computing, Engineering or any related field - At least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferred - Experience in improving digital user experiences will be advantageous - Strong empathy and understanding of end-users/customers' needs - Good communication skills - Ability to multi-task effectively Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
