Project Description:
This internship offers an exciting opportunity to drive AI adoption and innovation in Government under National AI Group (Government), SNDG.
As part of this internship project, you will be tasked with engaging product teams and collating their inputs to populate the monthly report. Additionally, you'll assist in reviewing and revamping this report to enhance its effectiveness. You'll work towards gaining a comprehensive understanding of the Government AI products portfolio and identify common use case archetypes. To enrich the monthly report with relevant and forward-looking information, you'll conduct research on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and AI trends. The role also involves providing support for various ad-hoc tasks related to AI adoption initiatives and projects as required by the team. Lastly, you'll assist with administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks for hackathons and innovation programmes.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Project Objectives:
• Enhance visibility and drive adoption rates of Govt AI products.
• Showcase innovation programmes within Govt to inspire and motivate public officers, so that they will take practical steps to use AI to support in their moments of work.
• Feature community efforts to facilitate collaboration across research, govt and industry sectors.
• Promote experimentation and training and development among Public Officers.
• Help Agencies and Public officers gain practical experience and familiarise themselves with the capabilities of AI for broader adoption in the future
Expected Deliverables:
• Produce AI Monthly Report and email clearance and approval from director and Chief AI officer.
• Successful plan and execution of AI Incubator Graduation day and management of project migration post-graduation.
• Compile and share research insights, trends and news with the team and any actionable takeaways or recommendations in relation to ongoing projects.

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel. Comfortable with numbers.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with product teams effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Prior experience in organising or supporting tech-related events is a plus.
• Knowledge of and experience in using design tools such as Canva is a plus.
