This internship offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the adoption and efficiency of government central platforms. As an intern in Technology & Capability Division, you will conduct a landscape scan on the use of Government central platforms, generate insights on agencies' challenges when adopting these platforms, and propose areas for improvement.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Project Objectives:
• Map out the landscape of central platforms currently in use.
• Conduct user interviews to obtain agencies' feedback on challenges when adopting central platforms.
• Analyse collected data to identify productivity blockers.
• Propose recommendations for improvement based on the analysis.
Expected Deliverables:
• Produce a landscape scan report
• Produce a user interview report
• Produce a recommendation report
What we are looking for
Required Skills:
• Awareness of cloud, data center, end user devices or software engineering technologies
• Basic data analytical skill
• Interviewing skills
