What you will be working on
Key Skills and Competencies:
Service Design Expertise:
Proficiency in service design methodologies and tools
Ability to create and implement service blueprints
Experienced in conducting user research and synthesising insights
Skilled in developing user personas and journey maps, identifying service gaps where required
Data Analysis and Insights:
Proficiency in analysing qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to translate data insights into actionable design decisions
Experienced with analytics tools and metrics for measuring service performance
Digital Transformation:
Understanding of digital technologies and their impact on service delivery
Experienced in transforming traditional services into digital experiences
Knowledge of emerging trends in service design and digital innovation
Staffing and Reporting
Proficiency in coordinating and synthesising inputs from diverse team members, and presenting information for different audiences
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple high-level requests simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and nuance
Budget Management and Procurement:
Ability to process billing invoices accurately and track budgets effectively
Skilled in coordinating complex procurement process and contract preparation
Knowledgeable in procurement processes and documentation (e.g., ITT, ITQ, RFI)
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Proven ability to engage cross-functional teams
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
Adaptability and Lifelong Learning:
Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and methodologies
Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices

What we are looking for
Responsibilities:
Drive service design process for product innovation and service transformation initiatives
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of service design into the product development lifecycle
Develop and implement service design strategies aligned with organisational and policy goals
Measure and report on the impact of service design initiatives
Coordinate staffing requirements and liaise with planning and policy teams to ensure alignment of team's portfolio with broader organisational strategies and resource allocation
Manage budget utilisation, including processing invoices and tracking expenditures
Coordinate procurement activities, including preparation of PCMs and management of tender processes
