What the role is

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Executive for IT Accounts Management and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM). In this role, you will support the Head of End User Computing (EUC) and ITSM in managing IT accounts and ITSM ticketing activities.

The ideal candidate will possess practical knowledge and hands-on experience with IT accounts management tools and/or ITSM ticketing solutions. As part of the team, you will handle IT service tickets, account management requests, and routine governance activities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with employees across all levels of the organisation.

What you will be working on

  • Process and fulfil IT account management tickets and ad-hoc requests in accordance with internal policies and procedures, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate and execute regular IT governance activities, including generating access review reports and facilitating reviews by respective owners.
  • Support the EUC support team to troubleshoot user access issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Support the implementation of innovative AI/ML and automation solutions to enhance work processes and productivity.
  • Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for all requests.
  • Maintain and update team standard operating procedures and policy documents as required.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma from a recognised educational institution.
  • Minimum one year of experience in EUC support or IT account management.
  • Proficiency in office productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Video Conferencing), with advanced Excel skills being advantageous.
  • Adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for embracing new technologies.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the public service sector or Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) is beneficial.
