What the role is
What you will be working on
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide coordination and administrative support in key functional areas of academic planning, academic projects & initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the planning and execution of Applied Learning Modules (ApLMs) and other Academic planning projects & initiatives.
Secretariat Support: Provide administrative support for senior management meetings, including programme schedules and agendas.
Financial Administration: Administer the costing, tracking, and payment processes for ApLMs and various academic planning projects & initiatives.
Webmaster & Content Management : Maintain and update content on SharePoint and PoliteMall websites on academic matters. Manage the publication of the Academic e-newsletter.
Events & Projects: Provide admin and resourcing support for department events, projects and activities.
What we are looking for
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess initiative and drive to work with minimal supervision.
Possess financial acumen to manage costing administration and payment processes.
Proficiency in SharePoint and website management will be advantageous.
