We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful Salesforce deployments that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in Salesforce architecture, coding, and integration.
- Customization & Configuration: Oversee and validate Salesforce customizations, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and security settings.
- Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations and API connections with Salesforce.
- Agile & Scrum Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in projects, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation, including business processes, system architecture, and user guides. Train end-users on Salesforce functionalities.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all Salesforce implementations comply with security best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce project management and implementation.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certifications
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce DevOps.
- Project Management Tools: JIRA, Confluence
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
