What the role is
What you will be working on
As an Estate Manager (EM) in the Sales Department’s Sales Operations Section, Service Management & Support Team, your main duties will involve managing post-application processes for new flat launches under the Build-To-Order and Sale of Balance Flats exercises. This includes reviewing and processing applications, verifying eligibility, managing housing grants, and planning of appointments for signing Agreement for Lease and key collection. You will collaborate with stakeholders such as flat buyers, solicitors, and agencies to ensure smooth transactions and resolve any issues. Additionally, you may also be involved in reviewing and administering various housing schemes/policies.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a Customer Relations Manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats and facilitate home ownership. You will be involved in assessing applicants’ eligibility to buy a new/resale HDB flat, receive CPF housing grants and take an HDB housing loan, providing guidance towards informed housing and prudent financing decisions or processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats. You will assess and respond to appeals from customers who deviate from the eligibility conditions to buy an HDB flat, prepare case reports and draft submissions for management’s consideration for deserving cases. Your duties also include the day-to-day liaison with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.
What we are looking for
You should preferably have a good background in Real Estate, be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and should be comfortable working with numbers and data, with a keen eye for detail, especially when reviewing documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You should also be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
