What the role is

As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Administration in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, you will be providing support to the Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre (OALC) at Changi Coast in the areas of stakeholder management, finance, procurement and general administration.

What you will be working on

• Assist in the OALC’s financial and budgeting operations, which include tracking and monitoring of purchase orders/ expenditures/ budget, financial analysis and ensuring compliance with financial regulations • Assist in procurement and the management of contracts • Provide administrative and logistics support in organising camp activities • Manage day-to-day human resource operations in the OALC (e.g. manpower deployment, leave matters)

What we are looking for

• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in general administration • Prior experience in government procurement and finance processes would be an advantage • A motivated and resourceful individual with the ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment • A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills • Interest in outdoor adventure education In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
