What the role is
What you will be working on
• Develop and maintain RPA scripts using UI Path to automate routine tasks and enhance process efficiency. Adapt existing scripts or create new ones to meet the demands of an evolving environment.
• Create Tableau/PowerBI dashboards to monitor operational metrics and provide statistical reports to the management.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, offering insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making and policy formulation.
• Work with teams to streamline and improve operational processes by removing redundant tasks or introducing automation, aiming for manpower savings and improved productivity.
• Leverage AI technologies to further refine operational procedures and customer engagements.
• Coordinate with IT service providers on system design and execution to facilitate the introduction and adjustment of policies.
• Work closely with operational teams to revise or establish work processes for the implementation of new policy measures or operational requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system modifications are ready for launch.
• Coordinate with MOM departments to resolve enquiries escalated by the MOM Contact Centre, ensuring comprehensive and clear solutions are provided to the public.
What we are looking for
• Strong foundation in data analysis, RPA scripting, and dashboard creation
• Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Experienced or have strong interest in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UI Path.
• Ability to manage and interpret large data sets, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Good communication skills with the ability to develop clear and effective public communication materials.
• A proactive learner with a willingness to keep abreast of technological advancements in data analytics and automation.
