What the role is

imPAct@Hong Lim Green (iHLG) is an innovative incubation space dedicated to empowering and enabling working professionals to create change and make a difference in the community through a suite of curated programmes and volunteering opportunities in collaboration with partners. This role will require you to:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of iHLG to facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of iHLG;

• Market, plan and develop quality programmes, events and activities to increase outreach and vibrancy for working professionals to connect with caused based programmes and volunteering in the community; and

• Build and maintain relationship with potential, new and current partners / stakeholders / volunteers to collaborate on new and existing initiatives and programmes

The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in community development, particularly in facilitating ground-up initiatives and working with diverse stakeholders. A good understanding of community engagement trends is valuable. As this is a frontline service role, candidates must be willing to work on weeknights and weekends on a regular basis, according to the assigned roster.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job.

Partnership and Volunteer Engagement

  • Strategically develop and nurture win-win collaborations with community partners, corporate entities, and cause-based groups, using data-driven insights to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities and outcomes

  • Strengthen existing partnerships through evidence-based programme co-creation, implementing metrics to track engagement levels and impact on corporate and professional outreach

  • Work with PA Divisions, Grassroots Organisations and/or external stakeholders to develop community volunteering initiatives for working professionals

  • Oversee the volunteer management system, utilising analytics to optimise recruitment strategies, monitor retention rates, and develop evidence-based volunteer development programmes

Outreach and Programmes Development

  • Spearhead the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative programmes, incorporating key performance indicators to measure success and promote iHLG awareness

  • Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and partners, establishing clear performance metrics to ensure programme delivery excellence

  • Manage partner and volunteer relationships using relationship management tools to track engagement levels and network growth

  • Manage, monitor and analyse all feedback types to maintain high-quality service standards and ensure quality and timely responses to drive a culture of service excellence

Operations and Compliance Management

  • Ensure all programmes and activities align with iHLG policies and procedures through systematic compliance monitoring

  • Oversee iHLG's administrative functions, utilising performance metrics to measure and enhance operational efficiency

  • Develop and optimise management systems through data-driven approaches to maximise cost-effectiveness

  • Prepare and analyse management reports to track operational KPIs and recommend improvements

  • Implement systematic inspection for overall building and facility maintenance

Others

  • Represent imPAct@Hong Lim Green in cross-PA initiatives, providing evidence-based insights and administrative support

  • Execute additional duties as assigned by Senior Officers

Knowledge & Skills

The minimum experience profile required by the job-holder to perform on the job

Experience

  • Experience in working with diverse community stakeholders, including grassroots organisations, volunteer groups, and social enterprises

  • Relevant work/field experience preferably in marketing, community engagement, volunteer management, sports and fitness and event management

Others

  • Proactive self-starter

  • Analytical, Innovative and forward-thinking

  • Good written, interpersonal and communications skills

Other Duties

Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties

  •  Undertakes or assists in the projects and initiatives of other departments/taskforces in PA as assigned by supervisor
