What the role is
What you will be working on
[Key Responsibilities]:
The Business Partnerships (BP) cluster supports agencies in workforce transformation and HR policy implementation, together with the policy clusters. BP also oversees labour management relations for the Public Service, supports the Senior Personnel Boards and coordinates service-wide emergency preparedness.
As part of the HR Systems team within BP, you will be supporting the Team Lead in the following projects:
• LLM-powered Q&A bot. Your tasks include (but not limited to) the following:
o Prepare data by extracting information from the HR Portal
o Clean up and verify the extracted information before and after file conversions
o Prepare questions and expected answers for use to test the chatbot
o User-test the chatbot prototype, which includes validating, providing feedback and re-testing
• Work Processes Review. Your tasks include (but not limited to) the following:
o Tap on technological solutions (e.g. AI) to comb through and extract data from the Knowledge Management System
o Analyse extracted data and identify commonly raised issues, and propose potential areas which could be streamlined, automated or improved on
o Propose and implement options to re-engineer processes e.g. for submissions
o Craft and conduct surveys where necessary
What we are looking for
[Competencies Required]:
• General digital savviness: Familiar and comfortable with using AI/IT tools independently.
• Have some familiarity with data analytics / Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
• Possesses competencies in organizational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving
• Comfortable working with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment
