• Ensure function's strategic direction aligns with organizational goals by overseeing long-term planning, resource allocation, and capability development • Engage broader range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners, to align expectations, secure buy-in, and ensure that strategic initiatives are well-supported • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps and future capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or IT governance • Expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and policy development • Visionary thinking, strong interpersonal skills, decision-making and negotiation abilities, with a self-directed approach to strategic planning All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
