You strategise, plan and spearhead the organisational structuring and development of MINDEF Digital Workforce across MINDEF/SAF to ensure employees are digitally savvy and driven to exploit digitalisation in their everyday work, and domains have dedicated workforce capacity and capability for digitalisation.

- Oversee development and implementation of competency frameworks - Design training roadmaps for digital and data professionals/practitioners - Collaborate with stakeholders on training programmes and learning resources - Lead team in curating initiatives for employee upskilling - Drive digital transformation and workforce development - Spearhead mindset and structural changes - Design initiatives towards an agile and digital-to-the-core MINDEF/SAF Challenge(s) - Distilling digital skill gaps across the organisation - Implementing large-scale organisational change - Working with numerous stakeholders

- At least 14 years of working experience in Business Digitalisation and IT, Workforce Development, Strategic Communications or Organisational Development, with 6 years of experience leading teams - Strong stakeholder engagement skills - Proven change management capabilities - Strategic and lateral thinking abilities - Leadership and coaching expertise - Passion for staff development Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
