You plan, review, and manage the organisational structure and manpower establishment of existing and new Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) units to enhance organisational efficiency and support RSAF's vision, mission and capability development.

- Evaluate manpower establishment proposals - Serve as Subject Matter Expert for establishment issues - Staff re-organisation/review proposals to various forums - Analyse and evaluate Job Descriptions - Liaise with RSAF Departments and Commands - Conduct Job Evaluation audits - Monitor and assess policy impacts on manpower establishment Challenge(s) - Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and juggling competing and concurrent demands - Communicating effectively with various stakeholders - Staying current with policy changes and their implications

- At least 2 years of experience in management of manpower planning/establishment or headcount resource is preferred - Proactive mindset - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Meticulous attention to detail - Excellent time management abilities - Comfortable in stakeholder management - Independent working capability - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
