You develop, review and promulgate manpower policies and guidelines to attract, recruit, manage, and retain quality people in the organisation.

- At least 2 years of work experience in human resource is preferred - Strong analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other statistical programmes is advantageous (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
