You lead a team of software engineers/ senior engineers in developing, building and scaling digital solutions for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

- Provide technical leadership on projects across the organisation, whether in ideation, technical design, implementation, or testing - Produce impactful software solutions that follow good architecture and design principles, after considering the trade-offs of different options - Lead software engineers and designers in the product team in all stages of software development, including design, coding, debugging and testing - Collaborate with users across the different services of SAF to understand their needs and challenges, develop software solutions that address them Challenge(s) - Understanding existing and upcoming software development environments - Navigating SAF/MINDEF's technical ecosystem - Ensuring adherence to security requirements - Managing stakeholder expectations across services

- Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics or Artificial Intelligence - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least of 6 years of software development experience - Keen interest in digital technology - Strong interpersonal communication skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
