What the role is
What you will be working on
Your portfolio will primarily involve administering a range of training programmes which includes curating, developing and executing professional certification, skill-based certificate programmes, customised training curriculum and short courses related to landscape and animal & wildlife management.
Your portfolio will also include reviewing the curriculum of the existing programmes and developing the refresher framework for certification programmes.
What we are looking for
• Areas of studies in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of working experience as an operation management staff in a training organisation
• IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with online training and learning platforms
• Experience in planning, marketing and organising training programmes and events
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Resourceful, pro-active, independent, and able to work well with various stakeholders
• Meticulous, attention to details
• Good practical knowledge of adult learning/continuing education and training methodology and implementation is an asset
• Media design trained and experience in producing e-learning videos would be an added advantage
