What the role is

The intern will be attached to the engagement team of Communications & Engagement division.

What you will be working on

- Coordinate and oversee volunteer activities, including recruitment, deployment, and relationship management - Assist in analysing volunteering data to facilitate strategic engagements - Contribute to the creation of a robust engagement plan for volunteers - Assist in coordinating citizen engagement sessions on government digital services

What we are looking for

(Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.) Applicants who are: - Able to commit minimally 6 months - Familiar with Microsoft office products (e.g. PowerPoint and Excel) - Comfortable with design tools like Photoshop or Canva - Familiar with Smart Nation vision and goals - Familiar with data analytics tools such as Tableau - Experience in events, comfortable dealing with external partners and volunteers - Good written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management skills - Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
