You lead the management, assignment and adherence of the Group's billets as well as related training budget for the Courses and Seminars Workplan. You also oversee the development and governance of the Group's operational doctrines. Additionally, you serve as secretariat for relevant meetings when required.

What you will be working on
- Manage the control of the Group's cyber training billets, finance, and contracting matters if any
- Coordinate and de-conflict training activities and training facilities requirement
- Staff and govern relevant operational doctrines in support of the Group's operations
Challenge(s)
- Balancing technical depth with effective instructional methods, while ensuring that training remains up to date with evolving threats
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Security, Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering
- At least 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or Military intelligence
- Strong conceptual abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Creative and analytical mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High motivation and fast learning capacity
- Strong team player attitude
