The Senior Executive (Outbound Services) role, based in the Department of Student Services, is responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics and operations of students’ travel and accommodation for overseas programmes. This position ensures that all aspects of the student overseas programmes run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities:

  • Programme Coordination: Oversee the planning and implementation of student overseas programmes, including arranging travel, booking accommodation, and planning itineraries.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with travel agencies, accommodation providers, and other service vendors to secure the necessary services for the programmes.
  • Fund Management: Support in securing both internal and external funding for the programmes, ensuring all financial and administrative requirements are completed before departure.
  • Procurement: Handle the procurement process for student overseas programmes, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for students, parents, and staff, providing updates and information about the programme.
  • Web Portal Maintenance: Maintain and update the staff and public portal with relevant programme information, guidelines, and resources to support the team.
  • Guide Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive guides for staff, students, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency in the execution of student overseas programmes.

What we are looking for

Key Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in education, international relations, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in programme coordination, travel management, or a related field, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and programme management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate and address potential issues.
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse environments.''

Successful applicant will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
