Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Procurement & Contracts Group in HDB.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to understand HDB’s role in public housing procurement and contracts management. You will assist to process Request for Variation Orders (RVO), do a quotation Quality Fee Method (QFM) and prepare estimates. You will also embark on a project on Finalisation of Project Accounts. In this role, you will: • Study & review the adequacy of contractual provision in time period for Finalisation of Project Accounts • Study, analyse & determine any co-relation on the size of projects, the number of Variation Orders raised, the consultants, etc.
