What the role is
What you will be working on
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process e.g. maintenance of job postings on various platforms, liaising with candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding is conducted in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure seamless follow-up in HR administrative processes for onboarding matters e.g. working with partner agency on creation of employee records and conducting first-day induction for new hires.
• Provide administrative support for hiring and managing of contingent workforce, e.g. interns and temporary staff.
• Assist in coordination of recruitment events e.g. participation in career fairs.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualification in any field of study.
• Prior experience in recruitment support is an advantage.
• Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel and IT systems e.g. SAP.
• Other key attributes:
i. Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
ii. Meticulous with an eye for detail
iii. Team player, and able to work well with internal and external stakeholders
