What the role is

As Senior Executive in the Policy & Plans Division, Crisis Strategy and Operations Group (CSOG), you will support the planning and coordination of capability development and governance initiatives to strengthen and support MOH’s resiliency across healthcare crises and emergency scenarios. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on

(1) Capability Development and Governance • Support and implement capability development and governance initiatives that strengthen the health sector’s resiliency across healthcare crises and emergency scenarios. • Monitor the effectiveness of capability development initiatives. (2) Strategic Engagement • Support initiatives on engagement and partnership with CSOG’s key stakeholders and partners in the public, private and people sectors, including ancillary healthcare vendors which can be activated in times of healthcare crisis. • Support the implementation of stakeholder engagement platforms such as appreciation sessions and networking opportunities. (3) Crisis Operations Planning and Implementation • During disease outbreaks such as COVID-19, support operations control and coordination for mass vaccination operations, in accordance with MOH vaccination policy. (4) Staffing and Administration • Provide administrative and secretariat support to internal / external meetings.

What we are looking for

Requirements: • Experience in capability development and/or operation implementation. Related experience in the healthcare sector will be useful • Possess strong analytical, people-orientated, verbal and written communication skills • Excel in organisational skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Display strong initiative and resourcefulness with minimal supervision. As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
