The Events and Conference Unit within the Communications & Engagement Division from the Ministry of Law is seeking an enthusiastic intern who is passionate about running events and eager to learn more about event management.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Interns will gain knowledge in the following areas:
• Planning and executing events, such as conferences, receptions, and networking events.
• Implementing marketing strategies to promote events, including developing marketing collaterals, email marketing,
• Setting up event websites and developing registration forms.
What you will be working on:
• Assist in providing end-to-end support for physical and/or online events, including event production, developing websites, logistics planning and on-site event management.
• Collaborate with event management companies to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual designs.
• Support the events team with the setup and operations of events.
• Provide administrative support to internal teams, including working on timelines, budgets, and other related tasks.
What we are looking for
• Driven and hardworking individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about running conferences and creating impactful event experiences.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ideally familiar with Zoom Meetings/Webinars.
• Prior experience in planning or executing virtual/physical events is an advantage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
Note: As this is an event-related role, you may be asked to work on weekends and evenings as required
We are looking for an intern who can commit from May – October 2025.
