The URA Academy seeks to develop urban planning excellence within URA and in the planning industry, through training programmes, industry engagement and sharing, developing L&D content, and knowledge management.  These programmes delve into the judicious and innovative land use planning system that facilitated Singapore’s development into a liveable and distinctive city.

As an Executive within the URA Academy, you will be involved in the following: • Support the development of multi-media and interactive digital learning content    • Support the running of training courses, talks, seminars and visits to URA, e.g. publicity, sharing of programme materials, logistics, admin, procurement and finance. • Optimise, manage and maintain content sharing and learning platforms to facilitate active and collaborative learning, e.g. through SharePoint and knowledge management initiatives • Manage and monitor participants’ training progress and records e.g. by using and developing dashboards and RPA • Support department administrative functions and budgeting requirements (e.g. IT, KM, procurement, asset inventory management, billing)

• Diploma in any discipline.  Alternatively, candidates without a diploma should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience. • Good attitude • Able to communicate well through writing.  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Experience in developing and managing SharePoint sites • Experience in developing and managing multi-media and interactive digital learning content • Interest in keeping up to date, exploring and using new digital tools and learning technologies, including AI enabled ones • Able to use information systems and digital tools, e.g. RPA, to handle administrative, record management, budgeting and procurement matters • Able to use business intelligence tools such as Power BI to create dashboards and interactive data visualisation • Graphic design, video editing and/or animation skills and ability to use relevant tools/ software will be an advantage

The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore's national land use planning authority.
