This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, and IT expertise to effectively align digital solutions with business needs.

1) Leadership and Team Development: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the team. Oversee performance, career development, and capability-building initiatives. 2) Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment of organisational objectives and user needs. Oversee development of digital solutions with the Digital Technology team to enhance system capabilities. 3) Business Process Reengineering: Lead end-to-end process reviews and reengineering initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Build consensus for process changes across different stakeholders. 4) Systems Design and Digital Transformation: Collaborate with the Digital Technology team to explore and implement technological solutions. Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the business transaction system and customer service portal. Drive improvements in user experience and productivity through digital transformation.
