What the role is
What you will be working on
The key responsibilities / duties are:
• Perform general administrative duties (including the updating of information for records, monitoring and collection of statistics purposes)
• Assist in generating of documents (eg Case Summaries) in the TJTO functions and processes
• Checking of eLitigation (eLit) system filed applications (TJTO items) to update in Case Trackers and Statistics collection.
What we are looking for
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience (in court administration, legal support, or a related field to ensure familiarity with court processes and procedures.)
• Able to work under high workload and under pressure and independently
• Able to interact effectively with Team members
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Keen for continuous learning and obtaining new knowledge.
