You will be responsible to support data-driven human resource (HR) strategies and manage key HR operational functions which includes recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits. You will also contribute to digitalisation efforts, leveraging technology and data tools to enhance HR productivity.

Your responsibilities include: • Collaborate with stakeholders to review workforce plans, using data analytics to identify trends, forecast needs, and support strategies to bridge manpower and capability gaps. • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to generate insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes. • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, data models, and reporting tools. • Support the execution and streamlining of HR operational functions, ensuring the effective implementation of human resource policies and work processes. • Contribute to data-driven reviews and the formulation of HR management initiatives, practices, and processes to enhance employee experience and organisational performance. • Manage HR digitalisation projects by leveraging technology, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and/or Python, to improve HR productivity.

• Strong interest in HR data analytics, digitalisation, and operations. • Good analytical skills with some experience in using data visualization and programming tools. • Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills. • A meticulous and well-organised self-starter who can multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
