What the role is
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review workforce plans, using data analytics to identify trends, forecast needs, and support strategies to bridge manpower and capability gaps.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to generate insights for strategic decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, data models, and reporting tools.
• Support the execution and streamlining of HR operational functions, ensuring the effective implementation of human resource policies and work processes.
• Contribute to data-driven reviews and the formulation of HR management initiatives, practices, and processes to enhance employee experience and organisational performance.
• Manage HR digitalisation projects by leveraging technology, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, and/or Python, to improve HR productivity.

• Good analytical skills with some experience in using data visualization and programming tools.
