What the role is
We are looking for a proactive, innovative and people-centric professional who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee experience.
What you will be working on
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Employee Engagement and Feedback
Conduct Employee Engagement Surveys and regular pulse checks to gather employee feedback
Analyse data to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve workplace culture and experience
Participate in periodic reviews to understand the evolving needs and expectations of our diverse workforce
Employee Engagement Initiatives and Events
Design and implement programmes that strengthen employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organise organisation-wide events and activities e.g. management-staff engagement sessions, staff engagement and appreciation events, to strengthen the sense of community and recognition in the workplace.
Lead vendor coordination and be responsible for all necessary procurement administration and compliance.
Workplace Innovation and Adaptation
Develop innovative approaches to adapt to hybrid work models and emerging workplace technologies.
Benefits Administration and Policy Review
Manage employee benefits administration and contribute to the review of policies such as leave, medical scheme, WICA insurance and staff-related awards.
What we are looking for
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields
At least 4 years of relevant work experience, with familiarity in employee engagement and staff well-being
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to deliver value-added HR services
A team player who is independent, resilient, and resourceful with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive meaningful change
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage employee feedback and HR metrics to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
Experience with Workday HR System, Robotics Process Automation, Chatbots or Macro programming is an advantage.
