What the role is

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the ongoing initiatives within the Planning and Performance team in Grants division. The intern will be responsible for implementing capability-building initiatives within Grants division during this period of transformation, and to collaborate and engage our grant partners for key projects. This portfolio will also require the intern to collaborate with stakeholders to support branding of the grant impact work.

What you will be working on

Project Description:

Job scope include, but is not limited to, supporting the team to:

  • Design, propose and implement capability-building initiatives to build key competencies for Grants team

  • Collaborate with grant partners for key projects

  • Collaborate and assist in branding efforts of grant impact

What we are looking for

Project Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business, Social Science or a related discipline

  • Strong writing and research skills with the ability to work with data analytics and visualisation, and proficiency in Microsoft powerpoint, excel and word  

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Learning Outcome:

  • Research, plan and implement capability-building initiatives

  • Hands-on experience engaging stakeholders in the charitable ecosystem for fresh solutioning to wicked social issues.

  • Development of communication and teamwork skills through collaboration with diverse stakeholders when implement initiatives for a learning culture to support capability-building within the team

The internship programme runs for at least three months between May 2025 and December 2025. Please indicate your available start and end dates in your CV.
