The Manager/Deputy Manager/Senior Executive – Graduate Affairs & Career Services works with the 3 ITE Colleges and various HQ Divisions to support the Educational & Career Guidance of our students, graduates and alumni, tracks our graduate’s employment & employability though the Graduate Employment Surveys, and fostering & building overall alumni relations. This position reports to an Assistant Director.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Be adept in ECG tools to provide career advisory to students, alumni and graduates
- Manage graduate, ECG and GES data & records for submissions to various government agencies
- Lead, plan and coordinate events such as ITE-MHA ECG Career Fair, and ITE’s Homecoming engagements with alumni & graduating students
- Work closely with 3 Colleges and across different industry sectors to find employers to support job placement services & career fair events
- Supporting the Graduate Employment Surveys and following up with feedback received especially on employment and employability
- Handle payment systems and reconciliation of finance journals
- Study, analyse & interpret student & graduate data for policy initiatives and delivery of ITE student & graduate services
- Review and refining processes and support the digitalisation needs of the Dept and Division
- Tracking & reporting of funds utilisation and preparation of budgets
- Process and manage student records in ITE’s student administration system
What we are looking for
- Have at least 3 years of relevant working and industry experience
- Good IT knowledge, proficient in digitalisation and knowledge of SQL will be an advantage
- Strong organisational and event management skills
- Flair for administrative & finance-related work
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges.
