What the role is
What you will be working on
You will work closely with HR teams to identify data needs, organise and prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance workforce performance and engagement, and overall HR operations.
Your key responsibilities include:
- collecting, analysing and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making
- improving overall HR processes and productivity, leveraging on available technology e.g. RPA, AI tools, etc
- working on data systems, models and dashboards to enable successful data analysis and reporting
- undertaking other responsibilities as assigned to support digitalisation efforts in HR
- helming a HR functional area to better understand the HR operations and needs
What we are looking for
- Strong in analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage and implement digital productivity improvement projects efficiently
- Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both in teams as well as independently
- Some relevant experience in HR preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and PowerBI (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse) preferred
- Prior experience in Data Science/ Programming/AI and ability to carry out data analytics to determine trends and pitfalls will be advantageous
