What you will be working on
- Oversee Enterprise System end-to-end processes for maintenance orders and purchase requests
- Ensure engineering centres' compliance with policies and procedures
- Manage maintenance contracts and execution frameworks
- Plan and monitor maintenance budget allocation
- Develop and track Governance and Compliance indicators
- Support training initiatives
Challenge(s)
- Balancing multiple stakeholder requirements while ensuring compliance with financial directives and regulations
What we are looking for
- Experience in Enterprise System (ES), maintenance orders/purchase requests processing, governance and compliance management, contract execution or budget planning and monitoring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
