Executive, Logistics (Renovation Office) primarily manages the CNB HQ renovation project.

• Coordinate consultation with CNB stakeholders and requirements gathering for the renovation project • Manage and monitor renovation expenditure in accordance with approved budget • Oversee and monitor the schedule for renovation works and ensure project is completed in accordance with approved project timeline • Manage the necessary procurement activities for the renovation which include consultation, renovation work, furniture, etc. • Manage consultants from multidisciplinary teams • Conduct final inspections at the end of renovation to ensure all works have been carried out as per agreed scope of requirement

The Job Holder should possess: • Certifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Experience in office renovation and/or facilities management • Ability to review design drawings • Knowledge in Government Procurement • Some level of organising skills to ensure all documentation in relation to the renovation project is properly maintained • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and contractors • Any other task assigned by Manager, Logistics in conjunction with CNB HQ Renovation project We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for the interview.
