What the role is

Senior Executive, Knowledge Management primarily manages CNB’s knowledge management portal project.

What you will be working on

• Coordinate consultation with stakeholders and requirements gathering to develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management (KM) portal which provides one-stop depository of all the essential information that support CNB's mission and operations. • Review and work with CNB stakeholders, HTX and vendor on the designs, layouts and features of the new KM portal • Perform and review system testing of the new portal to verify the agreed contract specifications have been delivered • Oversee the creation, curation and updating of relevant knowledge content on the portal • Conduct regular audits of knowledge repositories to ensure they remain up-to-date and relevant • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops and communities of practices to educate and train officers on the importance of KM practices in CNB • Any other task assigned by AD Admin in conjunction with CNB’s knowledge management matters

What we are looking for

The Job Holder should possess: • Degree in areas of knowledge management, information management, information technology, business administration or a related field • Experience in knowledge management, information management or a related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and contractors • Some level of system thinking and organising skills to perform the scope of work effectively We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for the interview.
