What the role is

HSA is seeking forward thinking individuals to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis and IT skills, with the ability to develop automation solutions. Experience in law enforcement will be considered an advantage.

What you will be working on

As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:

i) Conduct advanced data analytics to inform decision making and strategy

ii) Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline processes

iii) Manage and supervise outsourced contractors, ensuring quality and compliance

iv) Analyze data to improve contractor performance and efficiency

v) Oversee Administrative functions, including office management, secretarial duties

vi) Prepare reports and presentations for management review

vii) Provide support in law enforcement-related tasks, if applicable

viii) Perform other responsibilities as assigned

What we are looking for

i) Experience in supervision

ii) Excellent problem solving, analytical and leadership skills

iii) Strong organisational and administrative capabilities

iv) Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

v) Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders

vi) Qualifications in data analysis and IT, with a focus on automation and proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, etc.) would be advantageous

vii) Experience in law enforcement would be an advantage
