What the role is

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Events & Performance Marketing Manager to work on our digital marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in contributing to the success of both Event Marketing and Owned Channel Marketing. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing high-impact campaigns across various digital channels, enhancing engagement, and optimising performance while expanding the scope of our digital marketing efforts. Given the fast-paced nature of our work, this role will require managing multiple event campaigns running concurrently, each with tight timelines and execution milestones. The ability to plan, coordinate, and optimise marketing efforts in real-time is essential to ensure events are well-promoted, drive strong audience participation, and achieve campaign objectives effectively.

What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities: Event Marketing: • Manage and execute digital campaigns across various owned and paid channels (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook) to promote key events and initiatives, driving conversions and attract event leads. • Support monthly event reporting by gathering key performance data from internal stakeholders and providing actionable insights to the team. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns for event-driven initiatives. Owned Channel Marketing: • Collaborate with MyCareersFuture (MCF) and the Content team to curate, schedule, and distribute targeted content across owned channels, including social media and eDMs. This includes crafting compelling social marketing messages, designing banners for eDMs to promote related content, and ensuring messaging aligns with campaign objectives to drive conversions. • Work with agencies to develop digital assets that align with event goals, ensuring content is optimised for performance. Additional Responsibilities: • Analyse event and owned channel marketing outcomes to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improving campaign performance.

What we are looking for

Job Requirements: • Able to commit for the full contract duration • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing digital marketing efforts and campaigns • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Ability to create engaging social media posts and assets • Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads. • Able to work effectively with internal team members and external appointed agencies in daily operations. • Be highly creative, analytical, meticulous, and an effective communicator.
