What you will be working on
Candidates will be assessed for the either of the two roles below:
[Senior Executive (Digital Capability)]
• Put up AOR/project papers to support funding and procurement activities for digital projects by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align project deliverables with operational Conops.
• Collaborate with work units to gather business requirements and translate the needs into clear specifications for digital solutions.
• Monitoring project progress and implementation plans and ensuring timely updates to key stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of budget proposals and track expenditures related to enhancements, as well as providing input for strategic allocation to ensure efficient use of resources across work units.
• Ensure digital projects complies with internal immigration policies, WOG ICT policies and cybersecurity standards, while supporting the development and implementation of new digital systems.
• Contribute to digital transformation efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting the adoption of new digital capabilities within work units.
• Facilitate the assessment and trial of AI technologies by performing initial evaluations, coordinating pilots, and gathering user feedback to enhance service centre operations.
• Build system resiliency for digital services and conduct vulnerability and penetration tests to ensure security and reliability of systems.
• Maintain operational readiness of Safe Travel Office (STO) in normalcy situations by supporting the upkeep of online portal, scheduling refresher training sessions, updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and participating in exercises. Collaborate with Whole-of-Government (WOG) agencies to ensure alignment with wider pandemic preparedness directives and policies.
[Senior Executive (Digital Services)]
• Manage day-to-day operations and maintain oversight of daily health reports and services standards of ICA eServices.
• Coordinate respective ad hoc and continual system enhancements and change of business rules to align operational needs and policies changes through engaging internal and external stakeholders for the necessary operations requirements, costing and implementation feasibility.
• Conduct UATs for implementations of system enhancements/changes on the ground and ensure alignment of system requirements and business rules for the respective eServices.
• Put up AOR/project papers to support funding, procurement and draft tender specifications activities by coordinating with vendor, HTX and respective ISC work units for systems enhancements, tech refresh and contract renewals.
• Oversee all maintenance contracts for ISC related systems
• Collaborate with ISC clusters on the review and development of operations and risk management framework, Business Continuity Plans (BCP), SOPs and WIs to mitigate potential risks, while balancing the need to provide quality service within the KPI.
• Collaborate with ISC clusters and external stakeholders to execute contingency plans during systems failure.

• Experience in procurement, budgeting, and resource management for digital projects is a plus.
