The Home Team Scholarship Centre drives efforts to establish a strong employer brand and proposition for MHA careers and scholarships. The team aims to attract and develop talent in order to strengthen the Home Team leadership pipeline.

Your primary responsibilities include the following: Policy & Strategy • Contribute to the development and review of the Home Team talent attraction strategies and value proposition of MHA uniform and civilian scholarships and careers • Review scholarship and sponsorship policies to ensure continued competitiveness • Monitoring talent attraction KPIs and proposing & implementing initiatives to strengthen desired outcomes Scholarship Management & Candidate Experience • Support end-to-end scholarships administration cycle; design and deliver the best candidate experience, creating and maintaining positive relationships with both active and passive candidates. • Review and develop initiatives to streamline and improve processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience Outreach & Engagement • Design, organise and manage various outreach and publicity initiatives (e.g campus fairs, thematic workshops, learning journeys, talks etc) to strengthen the quantity and quality of applications for MHA scholarships. • Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions and relevant stakeholders for talent identification and engagement.

• Passionate about people, careers and the public service • Demonstrates strong communication competency, both oral and written • Meticulous with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill • Able to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines • Able to work independently and at the same time, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills • Prior relevant experience in talent attraction related activities and knowledge of Home Team career tracks and culture is an advantage
