The Organisation Development (OD) team seeks to create a positive working culture and environment in MHA where officers feel motivated and connected to the vision, mission and values; feel enabled to contribute effectively and work together cohesively as one Home Team to keep Singapore safe and secure.

Your primary responsibilities include the following: Strengthening One Home Team Culture • Contribute to the development and review of strategies to strengthen the Home Team culture • Partner Home Team Departments to develop, Implement and review Home Team wide initiatives including creating new communications channels and content, HT wide events e.g appreciation projects and Townhalls etc • Developing and monitoring Home Team Culture indicators and proposing initiatives to strengthen desired outcomes • Secretariat support for the Home Team Culture Steering Committee Enabling employee engagement and culture building through technologies • Explore the use of AI for analysis of employee surveys and other workforce indicators and recommending targeted interventions • Develop visualization dashboards to help teams and leaders better understand the culture state of their teams • Develop the strategy and change management for use of social media tools e.g Vivaengage to drive communication and engagement in the Home Team Strengthening Internal communications and connections in MHQ • Develop engaging programmes, concepts and themes for key MHQ corporate events and initiatives such as Townhalls. • Develop creative content including eDMs, videos, articles, infographics etc to support communication efforts.

• Passionate about people, culture and public service • Demonstrates strong communication competency, both oral and written • Meticulous with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill • Able to collaborative effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders • Able to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines • Able to work independently and at the same time, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills • Prior relevant experience in organisation development, workforce analytics or content creation is a plus
